Whats the advantage of booking through AutoReservation.Com?

Through discounted rates negotiated with top suppliers we can save you up to 50% on your rental, against the suppliers normal retail tariff. For a small reservation or booking fee you can enjoy our discounts. The reservation is guaranteed with no rental payment until you collect the vehicle.

Whats included in my rental?

Under the discount contract terms we have with our suppliers. The Rate includes unlimited mileage, VAT and Tax and Full insurance cover subject to a refundable excess which varies per supplier, vehicle and location. Usually there is an option to reduce this excess, details are provided. On some of the prestige range a limited mileage is imposed. You will find details of this listed with the vehicle description.

What if my flight is delayed, will the supplier ensure my vehicle is available?

Providing you have been able to supply the airline and flight number when requesting a vehicle, these details are given to the supplier so that they are aware of any delays and will make sure you get your vehicle.

When will I receive confirmation, and the details of the supplier?

Reservation requests are confirmed with the supplier and you will be emailed with confirmation and a suppliers reservation number. Unlike many brokers and agents we do not use 'freesale',every request is confirmed with the supplier. Usually if a request is made in UK business hours you will receive confirmation same day but this can take up to 48 hours if requests have to be confirmed by the supplier with the location.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation.?

This can be processed and cancelled with the supplier. AutoReservation.Com will retain your reservation fee to cover administration costs, however there will be no further charge from the supplier.

What happens if I lose my confirmation details ?

Please use the 'contact us' link on the front of the site, and we will happily resend this.

What happens if I have a complaint with the service received from the supplier?

Whilst hopefully this would not occur on occasions things can go wrong. With all the supplier we deal with they are keen to ensure your rental was a pleasant experience. As AutoReservation.Com reserves many rentals with the suppliers worldwide, you will benefit from our ability to ensure any matter is dealt with swiftly and brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
