Quoted Rates
Suppliers Discount Contract Rates are loaded on the AutoReservation.Com system and are payable in the local currency
for the location selected. We provide a currency exchange link (www.xe.com) for an accurate real time
exchange to the currency of your choice. Please note that whilst rates are correct
at the time of loading from time to time rates may vary due to
rate exchange fluctuation. If the rate quoted for rental or additional extras are not
correct due to late supplier notification of seasonal or high season rate changes
you will be notified by email and will be asked to confirm your request before your reservation is processed.
Please note that AutoReservation.Com will not be responsible for typographical,
pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any reservation based on such errors.
Vehicles
Under the terms of the suppliers agreement with AutoReservation.Com
vehicles are guaranteed by vehicle group and not model. Suppliers undertake to provide an alternative
model in the same group with the same specification eg. Automatic, A/C or seating capacity
or higher if the model selected is not available.
What's included
AutoReservation.Com rental rates include unlimited mileage (unless indicated), VAT, Tax, Location fees,
24 hour Breakdown cover, Full insurance including third party, collision damage waiver
(CDW) and Theft waiver (TW) which is to cover the liability in the event of theft or
damage of the hired vehicle. There is usually a standard refundable insurance excess (Deductable) due which can normally
be reduced by paying an additional waiver fee. Details will be provided if available. We also offer
basic rental suitable for US customers which does not include insurance and certain other fees and taxes, allowing them to use credit card
cover. Please see rental inclusions on the quotation.
What's not included
Personal accident insurance is not included. You maybe covered in your
holiday insurance, also check with your credit card company. All charges and taxes are included as
advised.
Optional Extras
Child seats: these are mandatory in most countries and must be
requested at the time of booking . Booster cushions, mobile
Phones, Roof Racks, Ski Racks, Snow Chains, Continental
Surcharge, Additional Driver, Young
drivers surcharge, Top up CDW & TFW plus, Personal Accident
insurance, Delivery Collection, Out of hours, additional insurance to cover cross border travel where applicable.
Cancellation Charges
AutoReservation.Com require confirmation in writing by fax or email
of your request for cancellation. Please note whilst we are able to cancel your request with the supplier
and there is no charge under the terms of our contract, any cancellation will be subject to a minimum
administration charge usually equal to the reservation or booking fee paid.
Drivers age
If you are under 25 years of age please
check when requesting a reservation for any extra charges which may apply. Please inform our reservations
staff at the time of booking if the driver is over 71 years of age. Some age
restrictions may apply in certain destinations.
Driving licence
Drivers must produce a Valid Driving Licence held for a least 12 months with acceptable endorsements
only. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving
licence, with the new UK licence the counterpart licence must be presented.
No refunds will be given for rentals rejected due to
non-production of a driving licence. Faxed or photocopied licences are not acceptable.
Please note the suppliers can refuse to provide a vehicle to
any customer who is, in their opinion, unfit to drive or does not
meet eligibility requirements.
Rental Documents
The terms and conditions of your rental are subject to the
individual supplier. Your confirmed booking reservation number issued by us
must be given on collection of the vehicle. AutoReservation.Com cannot be held
responsible for discounted rentals rejected if you do not have this
reference with you. We recommend you keep your rental documents issued by the supplier
when you return home. All clients must produce their driving
licence, passport plus utility bill i.e.: gas bill or Bank
statement and a valid major credit card in the name of the driver
upon collection of the car. A refundable excess may be require. Cash
deposits may not be accepted.
Consumer Protection.
AutoReservation.Com is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and DPA (Data Protection Act).

experience. As AutoReservation.Com reserves many rentals with these suppliers worldwide,
you will benefit from our ability to ensure any matter is dealt with swiftly and brought
to a satisfactory conclusion. Our customer services are here to help.
Please contact us with details of your complaint including reservation confirmation
and copies of the suppliers rental agreement, as these will be required.
